Smart Quizbox is designed to provide an interactive quiz and buzzer experience without collecting, storing, or transmitting any form of user data. The App operates entirely offline and does not require registration, login, or internet connectivity for its core functionality.

When you use Smart Quizbox, the following types of data are not collected, stored, or transmitted by Triune Creative or any third party:

  • Personal Information: No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identifiers are requested or stored.

  • Usage Data: We do not track app usage patterns, button presses, or session durations.

  • Location Data: The App does not request, access, or store your GPS or location information.

  • Device Identifiers: We do not collect device IDs, IP addresses, or hardware identifiers.

  • Payment or Financial Information: Smart Quizbox does not process or collect payment information.

  • Audio, Video, or Sensor Data: The App does not use microphones, cameras, Bluetooth tracking, or motion sensors for data collection purposes.

In short: no data leaves your device.

3. Local Functionality

All features of Smart Quizbox, including quiz interactions, timers, and device communications, operate entirely on your device. No user input is transmitted externally or stored on any remote server.

If Bluetooth functionality is used (e.g., to connect quiz devices), it is solely for the purpose of enabling hardware communication between local devices. No personal information or telemetry is shared, transmitted, or logged during this process.

4. Children’s Privacy

Smart Quizbox is suitable for all ages and fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable privacy regulations. Since no data is collected, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided any information to us, they may contact us at the email address below. However, because Smart Quizbox does not collect or transmit data, there is no information for us to remove.
